Complete source code for a
working HMI application. Also includes source code for an alternate
advanced implementation of the HMI software. Note that this software
has features that other HMI packages such as Intellution, Wonderware, and RSView have! The application can be configured
on-line in development mode without having to re-compile the program.
This program has a modular architecture and all the source code for the
DLLs and OCXs are included! All configuration setting are stored in a
MS Access database and controls the complete configuration of the
application.
Includes all
source code (Visual Basic 6.0) for a complete HMI Application including
the source code for the custom ActiveX Controls (Switches, Counters,
Timers, Push Buttons, Indicators, Graphs. etc...).
Includes Source Code for
serial communications with a RKC Multizone Temperature Controller.
Includes
Source code for serial communications with a Dwyer/Love RS-485
Interface Temperature Controller.
Includes Source Code for
serial communications with an Allen Bradley Servo Motion Controller.
Includes
Source Code for serial communications with a Giddings & Lewis Servo
Motion Controller.
If you need
drivers for various PLCs, see the Individual PLC ActiveX Drivers. The HMI source code here
and the PLC Communications Library, when combined, will allow you to
develop your own HMI that will communicate with the common PLCs - AB,
GE, Omron, Mitsubishi, Koyo (Automation Direct) and Modbus devices.
Note: This
CDROM is intended for people familiar with the Visual Basic programming
language. It is not a tutorial with examples - it is the actual
source code to an advanced working HMI application. No where will you
get better info on how to make your own HMI than with this source code!
It even includes PLC drivers so you won't have to purchase them
seperately!
This
application includes real-time process graphing, job (batch) storage
and recall, fault (alarm) diagnostics, help picture and drawing system,
fault (alarm) help with pictures and drawings, and much more that you
will only find in the $5000+ HMI and SCADA applications.
